Prepare food in a sanitary and safe manner per instruction in a timely fashion in a fast-paced environment. Take orders and payments through the point of sale system. Able to maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas. Food Prep and cooking experience preferred. Potential to become full time. Must be able to work closing shifts and day/night shifts on weekends: Weekday (Sun-Thurs as late as midnight); Weekends (Fri and Sat) as late as 2:30am. Pinchasers/Mechanic for Del Lanes and East Greenbush Bowling Center. We are looking for energetic, quick learners that love interacting with people, and have the ability to learn to work on and resolve problems with our AMF Pinsetters and other systems throughout the facility. Other duties include performing assigned maintenance tasks each shift and working with front of house staff to assist customers and light cleaning as lanes change over. This can be a physically demanding job, so please pay attention to the physical requirements of the job duties listed below. One position is available as a full time Mechanic’s Assistant with hours split between days, and nights and weekends. Several other positions as “Pin Chasers” are available as part time evenings and weekends with potential to become full time. All positions report to the Head Mechanic. Training is expected to start ASAP in preparation for the fall season. Reliable transportation is required and the ability to travel to both locations is preferred.
